Pathfinder's enhanced service takes a person-centred, strength-based approach, which focusses on neurodiversity, mental health, substance misuse and relationships. About the team
The team comprises two Lead Practitioners and one dedicated Team Manager who have all been systematically trained to work with individuals with complex needs. The advisory board, chaired by the Assistant Director of Children’s Social Care, consists of key internal and external partners.
