Reality Art are a London based art collective who specialise in creating immersive installations and multimedia artwork that responds to social issues and hardships faced by marginalised inner city communities. Through this work they provide valuable insights to policymakers and practitioners, offering guidance on effectively addressing the challenges and inequalities that exist for young people today.

- Dr Ellie Brown
Dr Ellie Brown is a freelance research, policy and strategy consultant specialising in criminal justice, with a specific focus on prisons, punishment, sentencing and alternative models of responding to crime.
- Dr Natalie Byrom
Dr Natalie Byrom is a researcher and policy adviser with expertise in justice system reform, data-driven technologies and data governance.
- Marie-Anne Hall
Marie-Anne Hall has been working in youth justice since 2003 and in youth justice management for the last 17 years. Since 2016 she has specialised and led an out of court, diversion and harmful sexualised behaviour team, gaining an outstanding rating from HMIP in 2022. The diversion scheme successfully gained good practice recognition by Howard league, Ministry of Justice Policy Unit, Youth Endowment Fund, OFSTED and HMIP, as well as from the Centre. Marie-Anne has now moved into independent youth justice consultancy and will be working with Centre on the youth partnership project.
- Katy Swaine Williams
Katy Swaine Williams is a freelance research and policy consultant, specialising in criminal justice reform for women and children accused or convicted of offending.
- Dr Sheena Webb
Dr Sheena Webb is a consultant clinical psychologist and an experienced trauma therapist with 20 years’ experience in the field of children and family services, providing training, supervision and consultation to professionals from a trauma-informed perspective. She has spent the past decade working alongside the Family Court within an NHS multidisciplinary expert team and then the London Family Drug and Alcohol Court.
- Nickii Webster
Nickii is a former Family Drug and Alcohol Court parent, and works with other parents to assist them on their recovery journeys. Nickii works to amplify people’s voices and help them become involved in real, positive change.
- Russell Webster
Russell Webster spent ten years working in the social justice field as both a probation officer and with a range of voluntary sector organisations in both this country and the USA. Since 1995, he has been a full-time independent consultant, researcher and writer on drugs and crime, hosting an award winning blog at RussellWebster.com.
