This briefing sets out our policy position on the role of Family Drug and Alcohol Courts (FDACs) within current children’s social care and family justice reform. It focuses on the relationship between FDAC and the Family Help within the Families First Partnership programme and identifies seven policy priorities that will enable these to work effectively alongside eachother.
