We share the President’s view and the view expressed in this interim report that the public family justice system needs to both reduce the volume of cases coming to court, and to enhance the ability of the courts to resolve cases efficiently and effectively, drawing on a range of agencies to resolve the multiple and complex issues that bring families into court
