In response to the Commission on Justice in Wales's work reviewing the operation of the justice system in Wales and looking at the long-term vision for its future, the Centre for Justice Innovation submitted a response making a number of recommendations. These focused on problem-solving justice and the particular contribution problem-solving courts can make in the criminal justice and family justice systems.
