Our latest report sets out the first ever comprehensive plan to spread the widely-hailed Family Drug and Alcohol Court approach to every local authority in England and Wales. It provides the first detailed financial modelling of the costs and benefits to individual government agencies of rolling-out FDAC. This modelling reveals that as well as being fairer and more effective, FDACs are a cheaper way of delivering justice in the complex cases that they deal with.
