We are looking for an exceptional and committed individual to work with us to build a justice system which all of its citizens believe is fair and effective. Working with our director, you will lead our policy work to create impact and deliver our vision. This is a permanent role.
You will have a good knowledge of national and local justice reform policy, as well as a strong instinct for where the critical policy opportunities are and how to exploit them. You will have strong analytical skills and exceptional written and oral communication skills. You will need the ability to work strategically across all of our research and innovative practice projects, and must demonstrate excellent people and stakeholder management skills.
At the Centre, we seek to build a justice system which all of its citizens believe is fair and effective. We champion practice innovation and evidence-led policy reform in the UK’s justice systems. We have a special focus on early intervention, effective community services, evidence-led innovation and problem-solving justice. We are a registered UK charity.
